Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

How to request a return

• Message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 2060574 or email healthistanpro@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Share your name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please include clear photos.
• Please keep the product and its packaging until your request is resolved.

What happens next

We review every request and reply on WhatsApp or email to confirm the next step. If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund of the amount you paid for the item. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are sent to the bank account or mobile wallet you share with us.

Wrong or damaged items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, so we can fix it quickly.
